Africa has never looked so good.

JustPlainViewtifulich is similar to king of the hill. All four work, but more are needed. Easily a match can be unfair though when players can switch teams so higher level players will stick with other high level players so it really depends if your with the good or bad team.
The user created content is wonderful and it is rated fairly so the best are featured. Moderation has been fine. The tool is very challenging, it'll take hours to comprehend the system different to other games. So if you really want to learn check out the official site. Matchmaking is fast, but huge games like Left 4 Dead, Gears of War 2, and Call of Duty: World at War were released along side the game so the community is small and if you start now you'll be destroyed by competition.
With so much to do in the game it really questions if it'll overwhelm players. Everything is great besides the random encounters because they take up so much time and are a huge time killer.
Luscious environments are found all over in the game. The game looks like on of the best first person shooters. The world is huge and will take almost a half hour to travel from one end of the map to the other. Everything looks pretty different so you won't find the same environment that much. Fire looks gorgeous, most games now have brought beautiful flames, but Far Cry 2 does the best, fire spreads where every grass and trees are so it's uncontrollable where it'll go. Watch out for explosive barrels though, it'll spread even faster.
You get a 24 hour day/night cycle in the game and it looks wonderful. It looks very different throughout the hours. You can control what time you play by sleeping in a hide out. There is one problem with the night cycle, it can be a bit to hard to find you way inside dark buildings and in night time. This can be adjusted so through the options, but then this effects the day cycle so you'll constantly have to adjust it.
Animations are so strong in this game, when enemies are shot they'll react wonderfully and there are so many little touches to the game by healing yourself up and fixing a vehicle. You also get some great animations when being saved by a friend and healing a friend. Enemies on fire is a sight to see, they'll run around hitting themselves until they die.
The game emerses every player while driving and flying. When you first ride in a hang glider it's beautiful and you'll be able to see the whole lush environment. When you are in a car or boat you'll stumble upon beautiful scenery. Seeing awe inspiring places like water falls and deserts is crazy good.
There's so much to this world from the great cities filled with NPCs to finding animals to hunt. Ubisoft has jam packed so much into the game it's worth a play through.
There are a small amount of problems including a little glitches and frame rate hiccups when chaos consumes. Besides that everything is amazing, it features some of the best environments.
Far Cry 2 features some of the most real sounds ever heard in a video game, traveling through the forest is spectacular and is as real as it gets. Other effects like explosions are great and the sounding of weapons is amazing, weapons sound totally different then other weapons.
The voice acting is poor and hard to understand. You'll need your sound fairly loud to listen to what characters are saying. Characters screaming is great when shot or being burn. What's weird is that in Africa you'll hear all different types of accents like Irish, British, Chinese, and Australian.
Finally, the sound track suffers since most of the time there is none there. Only during action will you hear the tracks which is disappointing because there is a small amount of tracks. So you'll hear the same songs over and over. The menu music is good though, just simple sounds.
